Product Processing:
High performance low power relays are hermetically sealed devices ideally suited for demanding environmental conditions. These relays are back filled with inert gases and utilize glass to metal sealing technology. All final assembly, intermediate testing, small particle cleaning, pre-cap inspection etc. are performed in a class 1000 clean room where temperature, humidity and air particle count are controlled. These relays undergo product serialization, test data recording, vibration screening, hot and cold environmental screening and destructive physical analysis.

High voltage relays use vacuum-sealed switch assemblies.

Quality Management System:
A Quality Management System (QMS) compliant to ISO 9001:2008 certified by Intertek Systems Certification, is maintained since 1999. In addition to this, the QMS recently underwent a QPL Audit based on MIL-STD-790. The audit was done by a team of US government officials and they have recommended for certification.
