CII Guardian International Limited was established in 1995 as a joint venture of M/s. Guardian Controls Limited, Cochin and M/s. Communications Instruments Incorporated, USA. (Communications Instruments Inc. has been taken over by M/s. Tyco Electronics in 2002).The corporate office of the company is situated in the heart of Cochin city and factory is in the Cochin Special Economic Zone.

CII Guardian manufactures high performance and high reliability Hermetic sealed relays (in TO-5/.100 grid transistor case enclosures, half size crystal can packages) High voltage relays, General purpose relays, moulded coils, etc.

Relay switching capabilities generally cover low-level signals upto 10 amps.
